About me
I'm Mildred an audiovisual producer who started her career as a generalist post producer. I've edited all types of projects and I've worn all the needed hats to complete the post production for a variety of projects, from independent short films to institutional videos for big companies such as Mercedes-Benz Canada. After a couple years working as a generalist video editor I decided to specialize as a VFX Compositor which allows me to help with tasks such as rotoscopy, keying, cleanup, cg integration and more. I'm a tech enthusiast so I never stop learning new software and techniques, through the years I've learned important skills that have helped me improve and simplify my work, one of these skills is Programming in Python. I'm able to write scripts and develop apps for web and desktop that will help you start innovative projects or just simple programs that can help you with your daily shores.

Video Editing
During my time in post-production I have worn every hat there is, although my main job now is compositing, I still enjoy editing all types of videos. One of the benefits of wearing multiple hats from time to time is learning new workflows and perspectives. It is always enriching to get out of your comfort zone and reach new heights through creative workflows that you can then apply to any discipline you like.
